Needs a job — this is not a metaphor

Border Collies are working dogs and they genuinely need a purpose. Mine does agility twice a week, gets two long walks daily, and I've taught her to help collect the newspaper and carry shopping bags. Without this level of engagement, she gets anxious and invents her own jobs (usually involving reorganising my belongings). Know this before getting one.
