Gentle giant for families

Three kids under eight and a Basset Hound is a match made in heaven. He lets my youngest dress him up in doll clothes without complaint. He is never rough, never jumps, and seems to genuinely enjoy the chaos of a busy family home. He does need to be watched around food because he will steal anything within reach. His droopy eyes and sad expression are completely misleading. He is the happiest dog alive.
