Velcro dog — not for everyone

My Australian Shepherd needs to be with me constantly. She follows me from room to room, gets anxious when I close doors between us, and protests audibly when separated. This attachment is touching but can feel overwhelming. She's also not fond of being alone. I work from home which works perfectly; anyone out of the house all day should reconsider.
