The Siberian is a substantial cat and eats accordingly. Our vet has us feeding him more than the standard guidelines for his size because of his activity level. They also need vertical space — a good tall cat tree is non-negotiable with a Siberian. Factor in the larger-than-average ongoing costs when budgeting for this breed.
