Great Siamese experience — just go in with realistic expectations

My Siamese Nala is 3 years old now and has been a wonderful companion. The breed lives up to its reputation: striking appearance. I particularly love that low shedding.

My one knock is that opinionated personality. I underestimated this when I first got she. Also, needs lots of attention is something you need to plan for. It's not a dealbreaker but requires commitment.

On the health front, heart disease. Budget for that and you'll be fine. Four solid stars — would recommend to the right owner who knows what they're getting into.
