Great Persian experience — just go in with realistic expectations

My Persian Finn is 3 years old now and has been a wonderful companion. The breed lives up to its reputation: calm and peaceful. I particularly love that stunning beauty.

My one knock is that breathing issues. I underestimated this when I first got he. Also, indoor only is something you need to plan for. It's not a dealbreaker but requires commitment.

On the health front, polycystic kidney disease. Budget for that and you'll be fine. Four solid stars — would recommend to the right owner who knows what they're getting into.
