My European Shorthair is ten years old and has had one veterinary visit for anything other than routine care. The natural genetic diversity of this breed contributes to genuine hybrid vigour. He is robust, vital, and healthy in a way that purpose-bred cats sometimes are not. His longevity is a genuine gift. He is everything a companion cat should be.
