Bonded to me completely

My Colorpoint Shorthair has chosen me as her person and the bond is extraordinary. She sleeps against me, follows me everywhere, greets me loudly when I return, and protests clearly when I leave. She is not anxious, just deeply attached. She gives me more active love than most dogs I have known. She has made living alone feel less solitary and more like a genuine partnership.
