British Shorthair: After 2 years, still the best cat breed for families

Our British Shorthair has been part of our family for 2 years and I still get emotional thinking about how much she has enriched our lives. good with kids — and with two young kids, that means everything.

The main things to budget for: expensive. We also learned about obesity, so we get regular vet checkups. Overall cost is higher than I expected initially, but every penny is worth it. Highly recommend this breed to anyone and everyone.
