Loves routine and predictability

Birmans are creatures of habit. My girl knows exactly when it's meal time, play time, and bedtime. She gets mildly upset when the routine is disrupted — not aggressively, just visibly unsettled. If you have a consistent lifestyle this is brilliant; your cat becomes a calming, predictable presence. If life is chaotic, factor in the adjustment period.
