Longevity is a real advantage

Our American Shorthair is twelve and still has the energy and health of a much younger cat. Vet says the breed tends toward long, healthy lives and our experience confirms that. She's grey around the muzzle now but still chases toys every evening. Planning to have her with us for many more years. Worth investing in the breed for longevity.
